Mistreating Owner and Ill Cleanliness

We checked in on 31st August night in the best room that served, the business suite. We were given a room without a working AC which they said would get fixed but didn't bother to. The room cleanliness is pathetic with stained pillows and bedsheets and dusty all over the place with used cake spoons and tissues stuck and thrown in between the lounge sofas and curtains. However after getting the room cleaned in front of us, we got a room the second day only with an active AC. As the second day was about to end, we got a call from the reception saying to pay todays charges even though the room was paid with an advance for 3 days. we did pay an advance for the first day and the rest was to be paid during checkout. They went horribly angry and I had to speak to the owner. It was nothing short of a terrible experience here as he shouted saying you are so cheap asking for discounts and then cant even pay daily, probably have never been to any hotel and almost on the verge of abusing and TELLING ME TO PAY THE BILL AND VACATE THE ROOM as its my business to take care of my guests at his hotel and that if I don't do things his way he can kick me out anytime. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad services. They simply rob the guest. These are greedy people. Please don't go to this hotel by mistake.ones you book room you are god for them but you paid fir room then they start there drama. Very very bad service . Nothing is good except location.

Stayed 4 days at Hotel Anand Retreat for business purpose, office was very close and therefore it was very convinent. Hotel is old but it is ok as we spent only night for sleep. Breakfast has limited items but it is good. It's room service and its very fresh, hot good

The hotel is good for business traveller just located behind to kausahmabi metro station, good food , good hospitality, clean room and offcourse value for money, there are mall also nearby so wil not get bored
